Yogic Breathwork Certification
A nervous-system–centered approach to breath, regulation, and sustainable depth in practice
a different kind of breathwork training
Rooted in Yogic Lineage, Informed by Modern Science
This training honors yoga as the origin of breath practice, while integrating modern understanding of the nervous system and respiration.
Rooted in the yogic understanding of prāṇa and the gradual refinement of body, breath, and mind, this work approaches breath not as a tool for intensity or peak experiences, but as a steady, sustainable practice of regulation, awareness, and integration.
Rather than pushing the system toward catharsis, the practices support nervous system balance, breath quality, and embodied presence - helping you deepen your own practice while supporting your students with clarity and care.
This is breathwork as a sādhana: a devoted path of cultivation and steadiness, grounded in tradition and informed by contemporary science, designed for real bodies and real teaching environments.
why many breathwork trainings
miss the essentials
Many current modalities, focus primarily on intensity, activation, or cathartic release, often without sufficient integration.
Contemporary breathwork has demonstrated both existential and scientific benefits.
What has been largely missing is a breathwork practice that:
• Uses a parasympathetic entry point for release, insight, and realization
• Prioritizes breath quality and devotion, which is described in yogic texts as being essential for spiritual health
• Improves the involuntary breathing patterns we rely on throughout daily life
• Supports everyday holistic health and personal growth, not only peak experiences
